After all your recent butt-kicking, it's time for you to do something lovely and relaxing. Get outside and go for a nice walk. Take a yoga class. Better yet, go for a gentle swim. Pay attention to your body and give it what it needs today. You'll get back to more empire building and butt-kicking later, but for now it's important that you remember to take a rest.
Get ya IPod download some new songs and baby relax relax relax. That's a song from back in the day maybe you should look it up and add that to your IPod collection. Enjoy your down time for now and get back to your hectic lifestyle later.
