These shoes are HAUTE! I'm digging the nice decorative turquoise chain and the colored heel. Looks expensive, but it's not. I found these booties on Payless' website. They're called Abaete' Bootie only a cool $49.99. They're now having their BOGO sale.
The shoe to the right is a pair that I picked up for myself back in July. They're a Sasha Ruffle Bootie for only $34.99
